Shipping & Returns
At Alvina Cosmetics, we recognize the significance of Returns & Replacements in the realm of online shopping. However, to mitigate fraudulent activities, specific conditions must be met to qualify for our Return & Replacement offer:
Returns & Replacement Eligibility:
- The policy is applicable only for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date through our Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Email channels. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, and unused, maintaining its original packaging and condition.
- Replacement will be issued only for claims posted back to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery date. Upon receipt and analysis by our quality assurance team, a replacement will be issued after successful evaluation of the product's condition.
- Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, necessitating proper packaging to prevent delivery damages.
- Preferential replacement of the same product and shade is encouraged. Different product or shade replacements are not recommended; please provide detailed information to our Customer Service team for any potential considerations.
- Nationwide delivery time is estimated at 3-5 working days post order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to change based on weather and public safety conditions.
Shipping Charges:
- A flat shipping charges of PKR. 200/- applies to all orders
